My Little Big Web is a web agency that specializes in web design, SEO for Google and online advertising. As you can probably tell from browsing our website, we’re a serious team that doesn’t take itself too seriously. We believe that being humble and the human side of things are sometimes lacking in the communications of other agencies. JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Analyze client websites for SEO and UX and make recommendations.
  • Stay up to date on new SEO trends, conduct tests and analyze results.
  • Perform full SEO audits (according to ranking factors defined by My Little Big Web).
  • Implement most of the SEO recommendations from audits.
  • Advise clients on the most suitable SEO strategy for them.
  • Write SEO content for clients (blog posts, service pages).
  • Optimize articles for On-Page SEO according to best practices.
  • Participate in link building with research, outreach and writing as needed.
  • Support My Little Big Web’s development team with the implementation of Technical SEO recommendations.
  • Create and send performance reports to clients at the end of each month.
  • Follow up regularly with the agency’s clients (calls or in-agency meetings) to discuss their SEO performance.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
  • Bilingual (English, French is a plus)
  • 0 to 2 years experience in SEO.
  • A commitment to learning the work methods that make My Little Big Web a success
  • Knowledge and interest in SEO.
  • Knowledgeable about the latest SEO trends.
  • Team-oriented.
  • Rigorous.
  • Humble.
  • Helpful (both to clients and team members).

  • Analyze client websites for user experience / SEO and make recommendations.
  • Identify new SEO trends, conduct tests and analyze results.
  • Perform full SEO audits (according to a list of criteria defined by My Little Big Web).
  • Implement part of the SEO recommendations resulting from the audits.
  • Advise clients on the most optimal SEO strategy for them.
  • Accompany the editorial team in the implementation of SEO recommendations.
  • Write (as needed) content for clients (blog posts, service pages).
  • Optimize articles at the SEO level.
  • Participate in the link acquisition strategy by developing the network of partner sites of My Little Big Web.
  • Support My Little Big Web’s programming team in the implementation of SEO recommendations.
  • Create and send performance reports to clients at the end of each month.
  • Follow up regularly with the agency’s clients (calls or meetings at the agency) to discuss their SEO performance.

  • Willingness to be trained by the Pole Manager to acquire the working methods that make My Little Big Web successful.
  • Knowledge and interest in SEO.
