With a double Master in Internet Marketing and E-Commerce, Eugénie went on to further develop her knowledge of web analysis, managing site analysis projects for sites with heavy traffic in order to determine visitor behavior and adapt web strategy to clients. She was then recruited by Microsoft where she would ultimately collaborate on the Bing.fr search engine.
Eugénie has Google AdWords and Yahoo-Bing certification, managing more than 600 referencing and Internet Marketing campaigns. She’s got a head for figures and web analysis and can quickly pinpoint the factors adversely affecting a site’s SEO. She is fully familiar with Google’s natural referencing criterias and is always ready to explain in detail to clients the advantages of one or other criteria. Her motto is “It’s results that matter so let the figures talk for themselves!”
With a double Master in Web Marketing and eCommerce, Maxence has managed many web projects as an independent specialist before Microsoft offered him the position of Web Marketing Manager for the Microsoft Dynamics division, in charge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
Maxence has also participated in the Bing.fr launch and therefore has an in depth knowledge of the techniques of search engine optimization (SEO). He also aquired his Google Adwords certification when he conducted online advertising campaigns (over 700). Then he decided to specialize in online customer acquisition by learning and testing the latest in lead generation techniques. He now offers his services to all companies who seek to increase their online sales.
Victoria has a multidisciplinary profile as she has studied art history, humanities and social sciences, computer programming and web culture. Thanks to her studies she had the opportunity to go on a trip to South Korea to participate in the development of a web documentary with several Korean students. She was then able to learn about narrative web theories and ux-design.
Fond of web technologies and having explored the vast possibilities offered by the domain of the web, she was naturally drawn to the creation and development of websites – a domain where she blossoms. She developed her professional experience for 4 years with different French companies, where she was a multimedia project manager and developer / webmaster Front-End.
In August 2015, she decided to leave France for Quebec. Attracted by the dynamism and diversity of work in web agencies, she decided to join My Little Big Web, to face new challenges in a human-sized team. Autonomous, curious and creative she likes to learn new things and gets into every new project with enthusiasm.
Coming from a family of designers, Yohan developed his artistic skills very early on . He grew up in the world of creation and was able to grasp the importance of the different ways in which businesses communicate.
Interested in everything that surrounds him, he has studied a wide verity of subjects including economic law, art, commerce and it is ultimately in the world of sales and marketing that he has found his way. His thirst to expand his knowledge and to seek out new skills has enabled him to help integrate different businesses; and he has accumulated seven years of experience in the trading field. He was thus able to expand and develop many skills, including relational levels, sales and even project management.
His rigor and love of life make him a person as appreciated as he is respected in his field, but especially so by his clients. He has a passion for sales, graphic design and new technology, which has pushed him towards the development of commercial projects through the web.
Yohan is somewhat of an enthusiast. His attention to detail, creative spirit and determination allow him to achieve all his goals and those of his customers as well; in order to support them in the realization of all their own projects.
Geneviève is a hands-on kind of person. It is her very versatile and curious attitude that led her to undertake studies in accounting and finally graduate with a degree in Administration last December.
Her love for numbers and thoroughness make her the perfect contact person when it comes to accounting. She is very organized, which allows her to answer questions and solve problems quickly.
It’s her interest in marketing that brings her together with the MLBies, which she joined in 2016 with great pleasure.
Damien has been passionate about web development since his childhood. It naturally led him to study computer programming and web marketing.
Thanks to his experience in development and project management, he has earned the needful expertise to suggest the best suited and relevant options to your problems. His versatility keeps him adapting to the ever-changing digital world.
Jeremy’s enduring passion for writing since he was young lead him to complete his Bachelor’s in English Literature with a focus on Media Studies. He knows that a good writer is one that hones his skill every day and working as a content editor allows him to do just that.
A strong interest in marketing also lead him to complete a Minor in Business where he focused on learning as much about the subject as he could. His ability to write compelling content combined with his desire to put his marketing knowledge to the test made working at My Little Big Web a no-brainer.
Jeremy also holds a certificate in Music Engineering which allowed him to master complicated production processes. He pursues his love of creating music on the side.
For several years, Pierre-Marc teached guitar in his hometown of Lanaudière. Well decided to develop more of his potential, he went to Montreal to study communications at UQAM. He joined the Little Big Team in august 2017 with the objective of getting more experience and knowledge of the web domain.
His artistic and musical side can be found in his rhythmic writing. His curiosity and general knowledge allow him to write about almost everything. His teaching past gave him the ability to vulgarize complex concepts in a reachable vocabulary. In fact, he was the ideal candidate to become a Little Big Writer.
With a passion for visual communication, Céline always knew that one day her work would involve expressing ideas and concepts through images. To hone her art, she eagerly studied photography and graphic design. After completing her studies, she had the chance to explore her creativity and gain experience in various companies. Little by little, a passion for digital technologies was born. It was only natural that Céline decided to specialize in website design. Sébastien is an SEO copywriter at My Little Big Web. Following his college studies in marketing, he continued his academic career in advertising at the Université de Montréal and finally at HEC. Devouring the lessons he was taught and all the foundational advertising books, Sébastien quickly discovered his passion in copywriting.
His professional career led him to collaborate with advertising agencies, private clients, magazines and publishing houses. Today, he can be found at My Little Big Web.

With a passion for online culture since he was a child, Gautier initially became interested in foreign cultures by learning English, Spanish, Polish, Japanese, Chinese and Norwegian (which served him well at student parties) before moving on to communication when he earned a Masters degree in journalism. As a self-taught programmer, he decided to reorient himself towards multimedia integration to perfect his knowledge once he arrived in Canada. In his spare time, he strives to master his combos in Street Fighter while swearing in Japanese.
It all started for Romane the day she set foot in a graphic design school in France. Here she developed her artistic sense and a great passion for web design.With a relentless desire to learn and discover, Romane eventually flew to Quebec. For three years, she perfectly juggled her time as a graphic designer and a student in Graphic Communications Management.Armed with her curiosity and boundless enthusiasm, she finally crossed paths with My Little Big Web where she now puts her creativity at the disposal of our clients.
After graduating in business and marketing, Clara spent a year in Scotland before trading in the rain and bagpipes for the snow and pleasures of Montreal life. A lifelong cinephile, she initially worked in film distribution in Paris and at several festivals. Her curiosity, taste for adventure and interest in digital technology naturally led her to My Little Big Web, where her strong analytical skills and rigour help her consistently find the most effective solutions for each client as she optimizes their campaigns.
After travelling through South America, Paul decided to settle in Canada to experience the bitter cold. After studying strategic marketing and having diverse marketing experiences, Paul quickly identified with My Little Big Web: the serious Web agency that doesn’t take itself too seriously. With a passion for music and gastronomy, Paul also enjoys the title of “breakfast manager” at the agency to everyone’s delight.
With a keen interest in web development for many years, it was only natural that Robin turned to this field after obtaining his Master’s degree in Information Technology Engineering at ÉTS. His curiosity and desire to learn have led him to discover and acquire knowledge in a wide range of IT activities. In his spare time, you can find him riding his bike at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve or running at Mont-Royal.
After France and its cheeses, Germany and its pretzels, Ireland and its beers, she decided to pack her bags for Canada and its poutines.Being curious by nature, she has worked in several industries including fashion, mass distribution and the automotive industry. She naturally gravitated to the world of the web to gain a deeper understanding of it. As a project manager, she finds interactions with clients and learning more about her colleagues’ professions to be the most rewarding part of her job. She likes to advise, guide and listen. Victoria (Vicky for short) is our executive and recruitment assistant. Her passion for diversity and her curiosity were the guiding factors in her career trajectory, allowing her to develop a high degree of versatility and a genuine ability to adapt to each challenge she faced. Her travels allowed her to satisfy this curiosity; she has worked in Greece, China, France and Canada to name a few!
A graduate in International Business with a major in International Marketing, Axel grew up in the United States before moving to France and finishing his studies in Budapest. With a passion for the great outdoors and skiing, he chose Canada to start his professional life, discover new wilderness areas and get closer to his roots. He was naturally attracted to our team by his need for growth, his taste for adventure and the values promoted by My Little Big Web. In his free time, he tries to find the best ski spots or enjoys the company of his friends and family over a good beer!
Willo joined the Little Big Team in 2014. Holding a certificate in obedience from the Canine Brigade in Montreal, Willo first developed his interest for leathery bones before discovering the joy of turkey stuffed Kongs. Willo is very affectionate and loves playing! If you suffer from a lack of physical activity, Willo will be happy to take your shoes to have you run after him.
