We define our needs with a detailed offer
Job titles can vary greatly across different companies. That’s why we strive to provide comprehensive information about the roles, expectations, and profiles we seek. We also produce a range of explanatory videos to enhance transparency. Our goal is to give you a genuine sense of our agency’s ethos and what it’s like to be part of our team.
We review applications and send out tests
While some candidates opt for mass applications, others take the time to tailor their applications, demonstrating their genuine interest in the role. We meticulously analyze each profile, applying an initial filter. Following this, we administer a logic and personality test. If your results align with the role, you’ll be advanced to the next stage. We ensure to respond to all applicants, so please reach out if you haven’t received a follow-up.
We conduct a preliminary interview, followed by a second
The purpose of this first interview is to get to know you and make sure you’ve fully understood the position and its challenges. It also enables us to better understand your expectations and what motivates you to join our team. The interview really is a two-way street, meaning you can ask us any questions you like to find out if My Little Big Web is the right agency for you 🙂
We present our offer
Once all the screening steps have been completed, and if we think we’ll be a mutual fit, we’ll present you with a detailed offer that includes salary, vacation, benefits, and next steps if you accept the position.
