Context

Guillaume Tremblay is a realtor serving the Lanaudière region from his base in Rawdon. Recognized for bringing a kind, human touch to his business, he is currently the number-one broker in the region.

Mission

The client wanted to increase traffic to his site, in particular through keyword acquisition. His goal was to grow as a company, and he decided to trust us to take his business forward.

Strategy and results

First, we did keyword research focused on our client’s target geographical locations and created an editorial calendar to add substance to the blog.

We combined strategic content development, through the optimization of existing content and the improvement of the YouTube channel, with an internal linking strategy, to create a solid foundation for the sustainable growth of organic traffic.

By integrating our client’s YouTube channel, we added a multimedia dimension to their content strategy. This attracted a diverse audience and encouraged longer site visit times, which had a positive impact on their search rankings.

Thanks to our efforts, Courtier Immobilier Lanaudière has seen a +1,733% increase in the number of clicks and earned +1,407% more impressions in Canada within a year, in addition to an increase in keyword rank of over 93%. Organic sessions have increased by 347%.
