Vinum Design is an ecommerce business offering a wide range of wine and mixology accessories and equipment. The company is particularly recognized for its custom wine cellars and top-of-the-range wine cabinets.

The Challenge

Vinum Design wanted to position itself within the competitive alcohol ecommerce sector as a go-to resource for wine and mixology enthusiasts. Our mission was to develop a tailor-made SEO strategy aimed at increasing their visibility and driving organic traffic to their website within the parameters of their specific marketing objectives.

Strategy and results

The main challenge here was the fiercely competitive market in which Vinum is active. Since this customer sells exclusively online, we began by optimizing their product and category pages. Next, we worked on their content strategy, building relevant resources for visitors at key stages of their purchasing journey that would serve as building blocks to support our larger SEO strategy.

We also improved our client’s local SEO by optimizing their Google Business Profile. Finally, we developed a backlink strategy based on their newly developed content.

This client is now one of the leaders in its market. Vinum has seen their organic traffic increase and is now ranked No. 1 on a number of target queries.
