Context

Fed Supply is the brand of the Fed Group that specializes in jobs within the supply chain sector. After the success of our work for the Fed Finance and Fed IT projects, the Group decided to trust us to serve their new branch to a target Quebec clientèle.

The Challenge

Our client wanted Fed Supply to gain the same visibility as their Finance and It job finding resources. Local visibility was a priority, with a specific focus on getting qualified leads in Montreal.

Strategy and results

Our SEO strategy for Fed Supply was based on a comprehensive approach to strengthening the client’s online presence and attracting both qualified job candidates and potential employers.

We conducted keyword research focusing on terms related to supply chain job searches so that we could target potential candidates who were actively seeking opportunities in this sector. We developed an editorial calendar to guide the creation of relevant, quality content, including job vacancies, advice for candidates, supply chain market analysis and resources for recruiters.

We chose a multipurpose content strategy to both reinforce Fed Supply’s credibility as an expert in supply chain recruitment and attract a diverse audience of candidates (by focusing on specific jobs).

SEO requires constant technical work. We implemented and continue to optimize site structure, meta tags, page load speed and mobile compatibility to ensure that the Fed Supply site remains accessible and search engine friendly.
